To be eligible for entry into the 2025 Community Art Exhibition, you must meet one of the following requirements

Student Award
This award is only open to student artists enrolled in a secondary school located in the City of Joondalup as of Sunday 15 June 2025. Student Artists are classified as secondary school students between 12 – 18 years of age and require parental / guardian permission to enter. Children under 12 years of age are not eligible and parents cannot enter children’s artwork on their behalf.

Please read carefully and acknowledge the following:
I have read and agree to the full Terms and Conditions of entry for the 2025 Community Art Exhibition. I acknowledge that if I breach these conditions, I will not be exhibited and that the Curator’s decision regarding this is final and not subject to appeal.
I declare that the artwork entered is my own original artwork and culturally appropriate.
I agree to abide any decisions of the judging panel in relation to the Awards.
I understand that I cannot change any of the details in the entry form after it has been submitted.
I understand that my work needs to be within the size and price specified in the Terms and Conditions and must be fitted with an appropriate hanging device. I acknowledge that if my work does not comply with these specifications, it will not be exhibited.
I agree to deliver my artwork to Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City on Sunday 15th June, 11.00am – 2.00pm.
If my work is not sold, I agree to collect my artwork from Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City on Sunday 29th June, 11.00am – 2.00pm. I understand that should I not collect my artwork within this time, the Artwork will become the property of the City, who may deal with the artwork at their discretion.
I understand that dependent upon advice from the WA Government or other relevant circumstances, the City may make changes to these Terms and Conditions as required.
