Under the Safe Work Australia laws of 2020 it is outlined that the law recognises Volunteers as “workers” and as such requires these “persons conducting business or undertakings” to be provided the same Work Health and Safety protections as paid workers. We securely collect the following data as a legal requirement to provide evidence of adherence to these regulations.
