I/we agree to the following conditions for the use if images/data:
- That the images/data will be used only for authorised investigations within the jurisdiction of my organisation.
- Where the copied images may be released to a third party by our organisation, The City will be advised prior to their release of the name of that third party and the intended date of release.
- As a representative of the organisation identified above I accept responsibility for keeping in confidence the images/data which I have been provided.
