To submit a request to register your event for the City’s event calendar, please complete the form below.

To be listed, events must:
1. Occur at a venue or location within the City of Joondalup boundaries
2. Be open to the general public
3. Appeal to the City’s community and also visitors to the area
4. Be submitted by the event organiser or authorised agent
5. Have all details finalised and confirmed prior to submission (events with dates to be announced, undetermined locations, etc. will not be listed.)

Please note:
– Your submission will be reviewed by the City of Joondalup within five business days
– If deemed relevant or appropriate, it is published on the website within 48 hours of approval.
– The City of Joondalup is not obliged to list events submitted and reserves the right to edit or decline any event.
– Incomplete forms will not be considered.
